Debleach plugin allows to correct fluorescence bleaching in time sequences. It proposes 2 methods
–Exponential fit of bleaching: it consists of an exponential fit of fluorescence bleaching over the last sequences’frame (the number of frames is specified in Number of frames used to fit bleaching constants…). The bleaching correction is then obtained by multiplying the intensity of image at time t by exp(lambda t) where lambda is the fitted bleaching rate.
–Constant mean intensity: here the mean intensity of each image is set to the mean intensity of the first image a time t=0.
