Short Description
Compute and display the histogram of a sequence, with a more accurate control on the histogram parameters (such as the number of bins) than the built-in Icy widget. In particular, the histogram can be computed either over a whole sequence or over a sub-region defined by a ROI.

This plugin provides a convenient interface to compute and visualize sequence histograms. Compared the built-in Icy histogram module, it offers a more accurate control on the parameters that are used to generate the histogram, such as:
- the number of bins,
- the center of the lower and upper bins,
- the area of the sequence taken into account: the histogram can be computed over the whole sequence or only over a sub-area defined by a ROI.
These features are also available within the protocol framework provided by the Blocks plugin.
