Based on the magnifier plugin,draw a square ROI.And the workbook will show the data vaule of the ROI.

Shortcut Key

'c'     toggle between channels

'a'     save  the seuquence data to CSV file

's'     save current image data to workbook file

'q'     quit the plugin

'space' toggle the workbook refresh mode
