Short Description
Creates a colocalization scatter plot based on 2 channels. This plugin can take 1 ROI as input, and provides the data to build the bubble excel graph.Documentation
Min threshold: if value of channel A or B is less than threshold, input pixel is not considered in final graph.
If an ROI is present, only pixel contained in the ROI are considered.
The generated XLS file can be use to create a bubble-type graph.
