About pixelRowAlign
This plugin is used originally in ultrasonic imaging, when waveform data is not aligned, a surface tracking technology is often used, this plugin use a preset threshold to find the surface.
Usage
Open a dataset sequence, add a rectangle ROI to define the search range(only x range will be used), click start and waiting until operation complete.
