Distance Transform plugin gives only black images as a result

    Hi guys,

    I just tries to run the distance transform plugin and only get black (all zeros) images as a result while the same stack in Fiji with distance transform works fine. Looks like I am doing some very basic mistake here or what do I miss?

    Hi Sebi,

    Distance transform plugin in Icy works on ROI (while Fiji version works on binary image) so you first need to generate ROIs then use Distance Transform.
