Short Description

Analyze area of leaf disks eaten by a caterpillar across time.

Documentation

This plugin is based upon the use of a virtual sequence reader like capillarytrack and drosotrack. It is meant to follow the surface of disks of a plant eaten by a caterpillar, which has been recorded by a succession of photos taken each minute. You will need Java 8 to install and run it.
