Short Description

Protocol for automatically segmenting cell and quantifying their area and intensity, under fluorescence binocular in batch process.

This protocole was applied to quantify Postassium fluorescence intensity in cell culture under various conditions.

Documentation

Define the folder containing the series of images to process, and define small sigma blur for noise removal and min/max size of the cells. Default parameters where the one used in our application.
