Import ROI from a zip file produced with ImageJ's ROI manager. Works as a standalone plugin and as a block for ProtocolsDocumentation
This plugin imports a list of ROI that have been created in ImageJ and saved into z zip file using ImageJ's ROI Manager.
The standalone plugin imports all ROI in the zip file onto the chosen sequence.
The block version of the plugin only extract the ROI from the zip file and converts them to Icy, and can be processed further without necessarily attaching them to a sequence.
