Short Description
ROIhelper is a plugin to help naming ROI. It adds all the names to a file and therefore whenever user wants to name another ROI he can see whether that name is already present or not. This ensures ease of naming while also avoiding spelling mistakes.Documentation
This plugin needs Java 1.8 to run properly.
If you have problem in running directly by installing from icy, try downloading the jar file, put it in plugins folder and restart the icy.
Before activating the plugin make sure you have an image opened on icy.
ROI names will be stored in ROInames.txt file in the icy installation/download folder which can be manually edited as per user requirments.
