Short Description

View a single channel of a 2D image as a 3D elevation map (X,Y,Intensity).

Documentation

This tool creates a 3D elevation map based on a single 2D plane of an image. To activate the view, select the elevation map from the canvas drop-down menu in the sequence viewer (where you would usually select between 2D and classic 3D VTK view).

Hot keys: 'c' to toggle across channels, '+' and '-' to increase and decrease the elevation scale

Current limitations:

  • Only displays a single channel at a time
