This plugin is a part of EVA project, used to open PVA TePla Scanning Acoustic Microscopes raw data.
Usage
Just drag your file with .saz extension to Icy(recommended way), or open it throught “Open” menu to open a file dialog, then choose “*.saz” to open it.
