Microscope Advanced Acquisition is the best Icy plugin for very complex acquisitions, when positions, time, slices, channels become necessary. Program your acquisition, launch it, and come back when it's over.
Thanks to the Micro-Manager for Icy plugin, you will be able to see the progress of your current acquisition. Moreover, with its Micro-Manager-like interface, you will not be lost.
- Choose time points between your acquisitions. Select the number of acquisitions you want, then select the interval between acquisitions.
- Open the position list dialog and select all the places you want.
- For 3D images, select your z-start (position in µm from the current position), z-end (position in µm from current position) and the step. Those values can be absolute.
- For colored images, select the "Channels" option, which will allow you to add as many channels as presets you have for the selected group. Plus: you can choose your own color.
- You don't have the place you need because you lack of memory ? Select save images to save them onto your disk.
