Short Description

PermuteAxis5D is a collection of tools to permute the axis of a 5D sequence. The plugin PermuteAxis has a GUI allowing to customize. The other plugins Permute XT, Permute XZ, PermuteYT, PermuteYZ, SwapXY, SwapZT, FlipHorizontal and FlipVertical operate directly on the active sequence. All these plugins are callable in a protocol.

    Very useful plugin ! I wanted to do a simple Y flip operation, a very basic operation missing from Icy for a long time... but not anymore ! Thanks to that plugin =)

    Very useful plugin. Just one thing... Is it a bug that the histogram of the resulting image has different range from the original image? Anyway, lots of thanks for this!
