Write xml setting to the TIF file & OrthoSlice functionality?

Home Forums General Issues Write xml setting to the TIF file & OrthoSlice functionality?

  • chenw11

ICY offer a great Alpha (transparency) Colormap adjustment tool. I tried get a orthoslice display from my sample, but it seems like ICY could not do it yet. So I want to save the colormap setting to the TIF file, then use ImageJ to get a orthoslice view. Could anyone help me in terms of writing xml setting to a tif file or are there anyway I can view orthoslice directly in ICY. Thanks!

    Dear Chen,

There is an orthoview in Icy :

But maybe that is not what you want ? There is no way to slice in the 3D volume viewer is that was what you wanted unfortunately.

    Best,

    – Stephane
