    Hello,

    I wanted to use Active contours to delimit a ROI and create a “mask” where outside the ROI the image is black. I manage to obtain that kind of image using AS_LABELS however the image is binary and I want to keep the different intensity of the pixels in the active contours ROI. Is it possible to do that?

    Hi Ines,

    You can fill region ‘outside’ the ROI using the “Fill exterior” command with 0 value to put it all black :

    I think it will do what you’re looking for.
