Short Description

Plots an intensity profile of a given ROI.

Can plot mean over T or/and Z too.

Documentation

Display intensity for a given ROI.

If the ROI is a line, plots intensity values along the line.

If the ROI is a surface, plots the mean of the surface, as well as the profile of the contour pixels.

Also display mean over Z and T.

For closed contours, the first point on the plotted graphic is the one located at the minimum y position. If there are multiple points at that y position, then the first point is the one at the minimum x position. The contour is always traversed in clockwise order on the canvas (counter-clockwise on the control point list as the y-axis is inverted on the canvas).

    Really nice with line or polyline, but it bugs with surface ROI in my hands.

    Nice tool! 4* for closed ROI (ellipses, polygons, rectangles). 5* for an access to the profile data within scripts

    Great, 5* if it uses the channel LUT for the line color and also only displays the channels associated with the selected ROI
