  - correct bug / save kymographs: propose to save them into the current kymograph directory (ex t15 or t60) instead of the root "results"
  - improve display of kymographs: display pixels sorted by intensity instead of by their xy position
  - add possibility to offset baseline of spot measures to correct for poo deposits
  - attempt to compensate for background light shifts (by measuring the background grey level on each frame and subtracting it from the measures)
  - added possibility to set detection threshold separately for top and bottom row both in the detection of the spots (from the circles) and in the detection of the area to measure feeding
  - change how t-t0 is calculated: if t0 value is not the lowest of the 5 first values, replace it with the median of 3 or 5 first points
