The QuantEv software enables to analyze the spatio-temporal distribution of intracellular trafficking at the scale of the whole cell.

QuantEv is a flexible non-parametric and user-friendly computational framework for quantifying the spatial distribution of dynamical intracellular events. It takes into account cell shape variability and sample-to-sample variability to statistically compare several experimental conditions. It also allows to find the point that gives the most uniform angular distribution in the cell.
