EDIT : SORRY I had accidentaly un-ticked the “Use pixel size” box, i dont know when… I write this as solved 😉
Hello !
I have a question about 3D distance maps.
My images have (of course) not the same resolution in xy and in z. I do a 3D distance transform on a droplet in 3D, to get the distance of other objects from this droplet. But I feel like the 3D distance transform is not taking into account the difference in pixel size in xy and z, is my feeling true ? If so, how can I do ?I was thinking about artificially increasing my z resolution to match the xy (by interpolation), but I’m not sure it is the best way to do this.
thanks in advance
Judith
