Deconvolution with EpiDEMIC in Protocols

    Hi everybody,

     

    I made a protocol to batch deconvolve images with EpiDEMIC, but I am struggling to understand how to set up the deconvolution properly.

    At the moment I only change the number of iterations, and leave other parametres to the default value that comes when opening the protoocol.

    I can’t find instructions for the bloc, and wondered if some of you might be able to explain it please?
