    Hello everybody !

    To begin, thanks for sharing this really useful Icy.

    I have a stupid question: I use the “Active Contour” plugin to do some contour on 2D images (contour of cornea on OCT image to be specific). The process goes very well but I can’t extract the point that are created, and I need the point to put them on a code after. So, how can I extract the coordinates of the points of the contour that Active Contour creates ?

    Hi Chloe,

    You can use the Path Intensity Profiler plugin which allow you to extract the intensity over ROI contours. It will give you the position of each contour point and the corresponding intensity value (that you don’t need here) :

    Then you can easily export the table using the save button in top left corner. Hope that help you !
