    Hello everyone,

    This is Wataru, first time posting here.

    Does anyone know how to save movie with track numbers on it?

    I have been studying activities of single neurons, and the technique I use is calcium imaging. After processing calcium imaging movies, tracks with numbers are assigned to each neuron. It will be nice to have the movie with the track numbers to show how Icy tracking worked. However I cannot figure out how I can save the movie. Any comment and advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Wataru,

    Do you specifically want to track number to appear on the image ? For that you can use the processor “Display Track Number” :

    The use the screenshot buttons (red one for the current view and blue one for full view) to flatten layers into a new image :

    Then save the resulting image in whatever format you want (probably AVI here).
