Pb with ROI intensity evolution

    Hi All,

    I try to use ROI intensity evolution on ROI that detected by spot Detector but there is a problem with my file : It only give the first frame intensity in the excel file (no graph can be seen because only one value).

    However my file is seen as a time lapse and not as different z.

    Unfortunaltly I can upload the file. A snap is enclosed.

    Hi,

    You need to set the T position of your ROIs to “ALL” (-1) so the ROI intensity evolution plugin will process the intensity for all frame. Hope that helps !
