    Hi all,

    I am using in a protocol the Wavelet Spot Detector Block, following ROI statistics Block with the selected options: Min Avg, Max intensity etc…  and thenthe:  workbook to file block. In the resulting xls file the values for : Min. , Avg. ,Max. ,Sum ,Perimeter (µm) ,Area (µm2) ,Surface area (µm2) are blank. Using the plugin Spot detector, I got values for these different parameters.

    Do you have an explanation.

    Hi Michel,

    Did you correctly linked the Sequence parameter into the ROI Statistics block ? as these fields require the Sequence to compute intensities value and get pixel size information.
