This plugin permit to measure the signal spread of a molecule with respect to the cell area.

Goal: This plugin permits to measure the spread of a given fluorescent signal (spots) related to the cell area (delimited by a ROI)
How to use it: There are two key ingredients: 1-ROIs corresponding to cells (or cellular compartments) + 2-detections corresponding to fluorescent spots of interest which are obtained with the plugin spot detector.
