Detection and Tracking of neurons with EMC2

Short Description

This protocol is designed to track neurons in calcium imaging of behaving animal.

It contains a step of spot detection (wavelet Spot detector), followed by Bayesian tracking (eMHT Spot tracking) and gap closing (EMC2 block).
