Homogeneity in ROI statistics

    Hello,

    I am very interested in the calculation of the homogeneity parameter provided within the ROI statistics plugin. Could you describe how is this parameter calculated? I could not find documentation about it.

    Hi Pedro,

    Homogeneity descriptor is based on Haralick texture features, more exactly it’s the inverse difference moment.
