    Hi, I am new to Icy and interested in identifying certain objects (principally by hue) on the seabed from still images – and automating the process as I have 100’s of images. I need to the both number and size (in pixels) of the objects / shapes – much like seems to be the case with biological cells, e.g. Thresholds? Can anyone possibly recommend a plug in / script / process for that?

    Could you please re-post your question on the image.sc forum and in the optionnal tags, write “icy”? This way the Icy team, but also the whole bioimage analysis community can help you and benefit from the answer.

    When re-posting, could also upload an example of image you would like to process?
